This season will see a host of driver changes as teams continue to grapple with the new-generation car in its third season under current technical regulations, which sets up a potentially exciting season as rookies look to spring surprises whilst experienced drivers seek to mount a title challenge.

- Reigning champion, Leonardo Fornaroli has graduated to F1 with McLaren as their Development Driver and his seat at Invicta has been taken by his F3 title successor, Rafael Camara.
- Joshua Durksen has switched from AIX to Invicta Racing to replace Roman Stanek, after the Czech driver left the series to join Super Formula.
- Luke Browning has left Hitech GP and the series to join Super Formula whilst Dino Beganovic left the team to re-join DAMS, which saw Hitech GP recruit Ritomo Miyata and Colton Herta as their replacements from ART GP and IndyCar respectively.
- Arvid Lindblad has left Campos and the series to graduate into F1 with Racing Bulls, with his seat taken by F3 graduate – Noel Leon.
- Roman Bilinski and Beganovic have replaced Kush Maini and Jak Crawford at DAMS, with Maini having switched to ART GP whilst Crawford left the series to become Aston Martin’s F1 Reserve Driver.
- MP Motorsport have signed Gabriele Mini from PREMA to replace Richard Verschoor, with the Dutchman having left the category for European Le Mans Series.
- F3 graduate, Mari Boya has replaced Mini at PREMA.
- Martinius Stenshorne has graduated full time into F2 with Rodin after his guest appearances for the team at the last two rounds of the season.
- Victor Martins has left ART GP and the category to join Alpine’s FIA World Endurance team, with F3 graduate – Tasanapol Inthraphuvasak named as his replacement for the season after the Thai driver last year drove at the season finale for Trident.
- AIX Racing have signed Emerson Fittipaldi Juinor as Durksen’s replacement after the Paraguayan’s move to Invicta, with Fittipaldi graduating into the category from Eurocup-3.
- Nicolas Varrone has replaced John Bennett at Van Amersfoort Racing after the Brito switched to Trident for this season.
- Laurens van Hoepen has graduated full time into F2 with Trident, after he previously raced for the team in the last three rounds of the 2025 season.
