- Theophile Nael and Ugo Ugochukwu have joined Campos from VAR and PREMA respectively following their rookie seasons in 2025.
- Freddie Slater has switched to Trident for his full-time rookie campaign to replace reigning champion – Rafael Camara, having previously made guest appearances in 2025 for AIX and Hitech respectively.
- Tuukka Taponen has left ART GP to join MP Motorsport and replace Tim Tramnitz.
- Bruno Del Pino has left MP Motorsport to switch to VAR to replace Ivan Domingues.
- Brando Badoer and Christian Ho left PREMA and DAMS respectively to move to Rodin to replace Louis Sharp and Callum Voisin.
- Louis Sharp and James Wharton left Rodin and ART GP respectively to make switches to PREMA to replace Ugochukwu and Badoer.
- Jose Garfias has switched from AIX Racing to PREMA for his proper rookie season to replace Noel Leon, having previously made a single-round guest appearance in Spain in 2025.
- Gerrard Xie has left Hitech GP to joins DAMS to replace HO.
Driver Changes
- Campos have promoted Ernesto Rivera from their Eurocup-3 team into their third seat.
- Trident have signed FRECA runner-up, Matteo De Palo to replace Charlie Wurz.
- 2025 Eurocup-3 champion, Mattia Colnaghi will join MP Motorsport to replace Del Pino.
- Taito Kato and Kanato Le have graduated to ART GP from their FRECA outfit to replace Taponen and Wharton, whilst Maciej Gladysz replaces Laurens van Hoepen who has graduated into F2.
- Hiyu Yamakoshi and Enzo Deligny have graduated from FRECA and will replace Nael and Santiago Ramos at VAR.
- Pedro Clerot has graduated from FRECA to replace Roman Bilinski who has graduated into F2.
- Michael Shin has returned to the series to replace Xie at Hitech GP – having previously driven for Charouz in 2023, whilst Jin Nakamura and 2025 British F4 champion, Fionn McLaughlin replace Martinius Stenshorne and Joshua Dufek respectively.
- Yevan David and Fernando Barrichello have joined AIX Racing to replace James Hedley and Nicola Marinangeli respectively.
- Nandhavud Bhirombhakdi has replaced Matias Zagazeta at DAMS.
