Alessandro Giusti has joined MP Motorsport for the 2025 F3 season.
Giusti spent the last two seasons in FRECA where he took five wins en-route to sixth then fourth-placed championship finishes in 2023 & 24 respectively.
The 18 year-old Italian tested for MP Motorsport at the F3 post-season tests and is now “excited” to step up to the series next season, whilst hopeful that he can build upon his positive testing.
“Our first tests together at Jérez and Barcelona were highly promising which is a good sign for my rookie season in the category. It’s my aim to know the team better as we head into the coming season, especially with the new F3-2025 car.
“I can’t wait to make my F3 debut at Melbourne in March!”
MP Motorsport’s team principal, Sander Dorsman is pleased to confirm a full F3 line-up, as Giusti will partner Tim Tramnitz and Bruno del Pino next season.
“This will allow our FIA F3 squad to focus on a productive winter of development with the new Dallara F3-2025 car while forging a cooperative bond between our drivers.”
Dorsman proceeded to speak of his confidence in Giusti – who is part of Williams’ Academy – and his ability to adapt to F3.
“Alessandro has proved to be a hugely talented driver who I’m sure will quickly find his feet in this highly competitive feeder series on the road to Formula 1.
“As we have seen in Formula 2 this year, a new car will be a bonus for the championship’s rookies, as it will provide a level playing field for all. I’m confident that Alessandro will be among the drivers to benefit from that.”
Giusti previously raced in French F4 where he became champion in 2022.
