This season will see a host of driver changes as teams continue to grapple with the new-generation car in its second season under current technical regulations, which sets up a potentially exciting season as rookies look to spring surprises whilst experienced drivers seek to mount a title challenge.

Driver Changes
- Reigning champion, Gabriel Bortoleto has graduated to F1 with Sauber and his seat at Invicta has been taken by his F3 title successor, Leonardo Fornaroli.
- Roman Stanek has switched from Trident to Invicta following his mid-season departure from the Italian team last season.
- Arvid Lindblad has graduated from F3 into F2 and switched from PREMA to Campos.
- Luke Browning and Dino Beganovic have joined Hitech GP after the pair drove for ART GP and DAMS as late-season replacements last year.
- PREMA’s Oliver Bearman and Andrea Kimi Antonelli both graduated to F1 and have been replaced by Sebastian Montoya and Gabriele Mini, as the latter pair graduate from F3.
- Kush Maini left Invicta to join DAMS at the end of last season.
- Ritomo Miyata has switched from Rodin to ART GP for his second season in the category.
- Rodin is fielding an all-new line-up as Alex Dunne graduated from F3, whilst Amaury Cordeel is a late pre-season replacement following Christian Mansell’s withdrawal.
- Cian Shields has joined AIX Racing for a full campaign after he previously replaced Niels Koolen at end of last season for the final two rounds.
- Max Esterson has joined Trident full-time after he replaced Richard Verschoor in the final two rounds last season, and will partner Sami Meguetounif who has graduated from F3 into the series.
- John Bennett will race for Van Amersfoort Racing full time after he replaced Enzo Fittipaldi at the final two rounds of last season.
