Red Bull junior, Pepe Marti will remain with Campos for the 2025 F2 season.
Marti stepped up to F2 this season following a fifth-placed F3 finish in 2023 but despite a difficult rookie campaign, Marti recorded his first F2 win in the Abu Dhabi Sprint plus three further podium finishes.
Campos consequently opted to retain Marti alongside rookie, Arvid Lindblad who had finished his rookie F3 campaign in fourth with four wins to earn his move to F2.
This announcement also means that Marti remains with Campos for a fifth consecutive year in all categories, with the 19 year-old Spaniard “very happy” to stay in F2 with Campos.
“From the beginning of my single-seater career, both Adrian father and Adrian son placed their faith in me and now we face the fifth season together.
“I have the utmost confidence in the team, who I consider a family, and that thanks to all the work we have done during 2024, we are going to be very competitive and hopefully we can aspire to everything.”
Team Principal, Adrian Campos is “happy” that Red Bull have again entrusted the team with Marti once more, as they target a title challenge next season.
“He is already like family and we understand each other perfectly, as he is fully integrated into the team.
“It has been a fairly positive first year in FIA Formula 2, with four podiums including a victory in Abu Dhabi that, as a culmination, should serve as maximum motivation for 2025.
“We will have two young riders like Pepe and Arvid with whom we aspire to everything for another year.”
