Jacob Bruun Larsen’s opening strike couldn’t prevent Burnley being relegated with a 2-1 loss at fifth-placed Tottenham, after Pedro Porro and Mickey van de Ven netted for the hosts from behind.

Elsewhere, late goals from Raheem Sterling and Nicolas Jackson rescued Chelsea a 3-2 win at all-but mathematically safe Nottingham Forest, after Willy Boly and ex Blue – Callum Hudson Odoi had put the Tricky Trees ahead following Mykhailo Mudryk’s opener for the visitors.
Michael Olise, Jean-Philippe Mateta and Eberechi Eze all netted for Crystal Palace in a mid-table 3-1 win at Wolves, despite Matheus Cunha’s 66th minute cutback goal for the Old Gold prior to Palace’s Naouirou Ahamada’s red card for a 85th minute foul on Cunha.
