Liverpool play host to Arsenal as the Premier League’s top two collide at Anfield. 

Liverpool are already champions, whilst Arsenal can move onto the cusp of securing Champions League qualification with a win.

Liverpool have no fresh injury concerns following their 3-1 league loss at Chelsea last weekend.

Joe Gomez remains absent as he continues his recovery from a hamstring injury.

Arsenal have no fresh injury concerns to report following their midweek Champions League exit at PSG.

Gabriel, Kai Havertz (both hamstring), Gabriel Jesus and Takehiro Tomiyasu (both knee) remain sidelined.

Prediction

Although the title race is done, Liverpool now come into this game with a point to prove after a lacklustre display at Chelsea where they lacked their usual composure and intensity, so a huge reaction is needed if want to build momentum in these final few games to take into next season.

Arsenal meanwhile were just absolutely outplayed at PSG in terms of the final touches despite having dominated much of the game and now have nothing much left to play for, aside from wrapping up a top-five finish which I wouldn’t be surprised if they basically move onto the cusp of if turn up with a more clinical performance.

Liverpool though have been incredibly difficult to beat on their home turf all season but with little riding on this for both teams, I can see this ending in a pretty dull draw.
