Sam Corne struck a 66th minute winner for sixth-tier Maidstone in a shock 2-1 win at Championship’s high-flying Ipswich, having initially led through Lamar Reynolds’ strike at half-time until Jeremy Sarmiento equalised in the 56th minute.

Goals from Pedro Neto and Matheus Cunha saw Wolves win 2-0 at West Brom in a tense Black Country derby, which was suspended for 39 minutes due to crowd violence following Cunha’s goal.
Bristol City earned another replay against top-flight opposition after they scrapped to a goalless draw at home to Nottingham Forest.

Cauley Woodrow netted a 96th minute winner as Luton knocked out fellow strugglers, Everton in a 2-1 win at Goodison Park after they took a 39th minute lead through Vitaliy Mykolenko’s own-goal, before Jack Harrison had levelled for the Toffees.
Joao Pedro’s hat-trick in-between goals from Facundo Buonanotte and Danny Welbeck saw last season’s semi-finalists, Brighton win 5-2 at Sheffield United, despite Gustavo Hamer and William Osula having levelled for the Blades at half-time.
Nathan Ake netted a controversial 88th minute winner as reigning champions, Man City ended their hoodoo at Tottenham.
Goals from Sean Longstaff and Dan Burn saw Newcastle condemn Fulham to a second cup exit in a matter of days, with a 2-0 triumph at Craven Cottage.
Chelsea wasted chances in a frustrating goalless draw against Aston Villa at Stamford Bridge.
EFL vs EFL
Jamie Vardy, Yunus Akgun and Dennis Praet all netted second-half goals as Leicester thrashed Birmingham City 3-0 at the King Power Stadium.
Watford were frustratingly held to a 1-1 draw at home to Southampton after they led through Matheus Martins’ fifth minute goal, only for Stuart Armstrong to net an 89th minute equaliser for the Saints who won the replay 3-0 through Sekou Mara’s brace and Che Adams’ goal.
Harry Randell’s 73rd minute counter-attacking finish rescued Plymouth a 1-1 draw at Leeds, after the Whites had led through Jaidon Anthony’s 31st minute strike.
Djeidi Gassama cancelled out Victor Torp’s opening goal as Sheffield Wednesday came from behind to hold Coventry to a 1-1 draw at Hillsborough, but Callum O’Hare’s brace plus goals from Kasey Palmer and Haji Wright saw the Sky Blues win their replay 4-1 at CBS Arena.
Sammie Szmodics’ brace plus goals from Sam Gallagher and Sondre Tronstad saw Blackburn come from behind to beat Wrexham 4-1 at Ewood Park, after Andy Cannon had put the League Two club into a 19th minute lead.
