Adeboyejo Joins Bromley on Free Transfer

Bromley have signed forward, Victor Adeboyejo on a free transfer.

Adeboyejo’s arrival at the CopperJax Stadium comes just under a fortnight after his six-month contract at Mansfield Town expired, having scored just one goal in 17 appearances.

The 28 year-old was born in Ibadan, Nigeria, but began his career in the youth set-up at Arsenal then spent time at AFC Wimbledon, Charlton and Leyton Orient, of which he made his senior debut for O’s in a 2-1 home loss to Peterborough in December 2014.

He however found himself on loan at Royston Town, Hempel Hempstead, Heybridge Swifts, Dulwich Hamlet, Soham Town Rangers and Margate during his time at Leyton Orient, before he moved to Barnsley where he scored 9 goals in 93 appearances.

He also was part of the squad which won promotion to the Championship at the end of 2018-19 season as League One runners-up, although he spent 2019-20 season on loan at Bristol Rovers then Cambridge where he scored twice in 30 appearances for the Gas but failed to net at the Us.

2022-23 season saw him join Burton where he netted 13 goals in 34 appearances which led to a mid-season move to Bolton, where he produced 17 goals in 84 appearances across two-and-a-half years.
