Three Stand-Out Pointers
- Chelsea will look to continue their dominance after having gone the 2024-25 WSL season unbeaten despite Sonia Bompastor having replaced Emma Hayes as manager in June 2024.
- As European champions, Arsenal will be expected to now mount a serious WSL title challenge given the quality in their squad and record women’s football signing of Olivia Smith from Liverpool.
- Having invested heavily this summer in their squad, London City Lionesses will seek to consolidate their new WSL status and avoid instant relegation.
