Midfielder, Ben Krauhaus has re-joined Bromley on a season-long loan from Brentford.
Krauhaus left Bromley to join the Bees last summer after he initially completed his club-record transfer in January 2024, but was permitted to return on loan for the remainder of that season as the Ravens won promotion to the EFL via the National League Play-Offs.
The 20 year-old went on to score three goals and contribute five assists in 28 appearances for Brentford’s B-Team last season, but has now been allowed to leave West London on loan to gain regular first-team experience as he reunites with his former team.
Brentford’s B-Team’s Head Coach, Sam Saunders explained that he is pleased to see Krauhaus rejoin Bromley for the season and gain first-team experience in the EFL.
“Ben came to us from Bromley and, in that time, they’ve gone on to become a Football League club, which is a fantastic achievement. They had a strong season last year, and now he returns to a team with real momentum.
“This loan is a great opportunity for Ben to showcase his quality on a consistent basis in men’s football. We wish him and everyone at Bromley the very best as he continues his development.”
Bromley said in a short statement that they’re “delighted” to welcome Krauhaus back to the club as they now look to consolidate their League Two status and improve on their 11th-placed league finish of last season.
“Bromley Football Club are delighted to announce the return of midfielder Ben Krauhaus on a season-long loan from Premier League side Brentford.”
Krauhaus added in a short interview that he is excited to “push on” and considered new assistant manager, Steve Arias as “one of the main factors” behind his return to the Ravens.

Manager, Andy Woodman in the aftermath of Bromley’s 4-3 friendly win over Lincoln City was “delighted” with Krauhaus’ return, and vowed to ensure that he continues to build upon his development at a club which he knows well whilst correcting the “unfinished business” at the end of his previous spell.
“He chose to come back to somewhere where he knows he’s going to be dealt with properly, looked after properly, and pushed properly.”
