Liverpool remain top of the Premier League after overcoming a massive test on a weekend which produced plenty of thrilling action throughout the table.
Crystal Palace opened the scoring in 34th minute when Wilfried Zaha broke down the left to tee up Andros Townsend to tap in and hand them a half-time lead.
Liverpool then came flying out the blocks in second-half with a 48th minute Mohamed Salah poke in before Roberto Firmino put them ahead five minutes later.

With minutes left for Liverpool to cling on, James Milner saw red following two individual challenges on Zaha, setting up a dramatic finish in injury time as Palace looked for the equaliser.
Sadio Mane however sealed the tie with a low shot across goal to put the tie beyond Palace, despite Max Meyer putting away a late rebound shot to make this one of two ties to finish 4-3 this weekend.
Manchester City remain four points behind in second after comfortably seeing off managerless Huddersfield 3-0, in the Terriers first game since sacking David Wagner last Monday.

Molineux however was the setting for a massive mid-table showdown between Wolves and Leicester.

Leicester cleared the set piece until Demarai Gray lost the ball and Joao Moutinho was alert to intercept and cross to Diogo Jota, who turned it in for a fourth minute lead.
Ryan Bennett then headed in Wolves’ second just eight minutes later and could of been 3-0 before 30 minute mark, when Jota’s header from Raul Jimenez’s cross was saved by Schmeichel.
Leicester however held out till half-time before making a lightning start three minutes into second half, when Gray drilled a powerful shot across goal from Jamie Vardy’s pass.

Jota soon restored Wolves’ lead just past the hour after collecting Neves’ long chip and blasted in his shot past a helpless Schmeichel.
That looked to be the winner until Jonny fouled Nampalys Mendy down the right, minutes from time to concede a free-kick. James Maddison whipped in the delivery for Wes Morgan to head in, making it 3-3 entering stoppage time.
Embed from Getty ImagesJota however refused to give up and after seeing a shot saved, he fired in Jimenez’s 93rd minute cross to spark wild celebrations amongst home fans as Wolves clinched a 4-3 win in this Midlands’ derby to leapfrog their rivals into eighth, despite Nuno Espirito seeing red for entering the pitch.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s unbeaten start at Manchester United extended to seven matches after goals from Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford handed them a 2-1 win over Brighton, despite Pascal Gross denying them a third consecutive clean sheet in all competitions.
Watford remain seventh after holding Burnley to a goalless draw in an entertaining game full of excellent saves from Ben Foster and Tom Heaton.
Finally, Bournemouth finally managed to claim their first ever home clean sheet over West Ham through second-half goals from Callum Wilson and Joshua King. With that victory, the Cherries managed to cut gap between seventh and twelfth down to just three points.
