Birmingham City have no fresh injury concerns to report after their 6-1 Carabao Cup exit against Brentford.
Max Bird missed that match with an injury suffered in training and is now sidelined for at least a few weeks.

Prediction
Having made a slow start to their league campaign with two consecutive draws, Wrexham will be glad that Windass is back such is his importance to the team as this is a huge chance to kick-start their promotion challenge if can deliver a much stronger performance than seen lately.
Birmingham meanwhile were absolutely humiliated by Brentford in terms of end product but they did have periods of dominance in a see-saw battle in the midfield attacking press, which they have to take heart from amidst some awful marking for their six conceded goals.
I however do think that having had the week of just focused on training will be to Wrexham’s advantage but Birmingham should still give them a good battle.
