Christian Mansell will join Rodin Motorsport for the 2025 F2 season.

Mansell graduated to F2 in September with Trident for the trip to Baku following Roman Stanek’s exit, with the Australian picking up two points in total across both races – during which he was on reverse-pole for the sprint.

The 19 year-old will now step up full-time in 2025 but move to Rodin Motorsport – formerly known as Carlin who he raced for in British F4, GB3 and EuroFormula across 2020-21 seasons.

Feeling “thrilled” to reunite with the team under their current guise, Mansell is eager to enjoy more success with the crew next season.

“The team has always been supportive, and I am excited to build on our past successes together. I look forward to the challenges ahead and am ready to give my best on the track.”

Rodin’s F2 Team Manager, Benn Huntingford added that the team “are pleased” to reunite with Mansell and can’t wait to start preparations with the post-season test next month.

“We’ve been impressed watching his step up to the Formula 2 championship and know how great he is to work with from our previous seasons together.

“I’m looking forward to seeing him get behind the wheel of the car in Abu Dhabi testing with us and getting our season underway.”

Mansell finished fifth in F3 with five podiums this season for ART GP and took pole position in Spain.
