2026-27 Premier League: Week 10 – Fulham vs Newcastle

Fulham face Newcastle in a mid-table Premier League clash at Craven Cottage.

Victory could lift Fulham onto the cusp of the top ten depending on results elsewhere, whilst Newcastle can move into the top ten with a win.

Team News

Fulham have no fresh injury concerns to report after their 1-1 draw at Aston Villa on Halloween, as Ryan Sessegnon returns from suspension.

Newcastle will be without Jacob Ramsey after he was sent off in their 1-0 home defeat against Everton.

Joelinton is ruled out after he suffered a muscle injury during that match.

Matias Fernandez Pardo (illness) and Lewis Miley (hamstring) face late fitness checks, but Ewen Jaouen (hamstring) and Tino Livramento (knee) remain absent.

When is Kick-Off?

Fulham host Newcastle at Craven Cottage on Saturday 7 November at 3pm GMT, untelevised live in the UK.

Stat Attack

  • Fulham have won three of their last four league meetings against Newcastle (W3, L1).
  • Newcastle have won four of their last six league trips to Fulham (W4, L2).
  • Fulham are looking to win three consecutive Premier League matches at home against Newcastle for the first time since a five-match run between November 2008 to March 2014.
  • No Fulham player has created more passes in the top flight this season than Calvin Bassey (658).
  • Lewis Hall has won more duels this season than any other Newcastle player (49).

Prediction

With just one defeat in their last six games, Fulham are still slowly turning a corner but snatched a fair draw at Villa after a dominant mid-match spell either side of the break, but they now need to start finding more wins if they’re to move away from the relegation scrap.

Newcastle meanwhile have lost their way with just two wins in their last six league matches and were absolutely wasteful against Everton on Monday evening, so they really need to be more composed and clinical in their finishing otherwise Matthias Jaissle’s future needs to be questioned.

Craven Cottage however has recently been a decent away ground for Newcastle but given the form of both teams and a lack of clinical quality to often score more than once between them lately, I can see this clash ending in a point apiece.

Prediction: Fulham 1-1 Newcastle
