Luton Town entertain Sheffield United at Kenilworth Road in a relegation six-pointer showdown.
Victory could see Luton climb up to 15th whilst Sheffield Utd will remain bottom regardless of the result.

Stat Attack
- Luton won 3-2 in their only previous Premier League meeting against Sheffield Utd at Bramall Lane in December 2023.
- Sheffield Utd are visiting Luton at Kenilworth Road in a Premier League fixture for the first time.
- Luton have drawn each of their last three home games against Sheffield Utd in all competitions (D3), with two of those draws ended in a 1-1 result either side of 0-0 result in August 2021.
- Elijah Adebayo has scored five goals in three of his last four league appearances for Luton.
- Sheffield Utd are winless in their last 12 top-flight away games dating back to May 2021 (D2, L10).
Prediction
Despite snatching a draw from the jaws of victory, Luton need to bring that attacking heart and confidence into this game because they have shown that they have the spirit needed to fight for survival, especially if can keep up their attacking performances.
Rob Edwards though should now look to sort out his defence tactically because they were badly exposed whenever Newcastle hit them at pace, particularly on the counter-attack which is a concern because they need more wins to boost their chances of staying up.
Sheffield Utd meanwhile had their moments against Aston Villa amidst wasteful finishing but their defence again continued to let them down, and this does now feel like a six-pointer because if they lose then you’ve to believe that they are as good as relegated barring a miracle escape.
The Blades’ awful away form in the top-flight also doesn’t offer any hope coming into this game and with Luton really in their groove, I can’t see them losing this if can turn up and control the match quickly.
Prediction: Luton 2-0 Sheffield United
Result: Luton 1-3 Sheffield United
