Hull round out the top six despite losing 2-1 at home to Watford courtsey of Wesley Hoedt’s 45-yard screamer for the Hornets, after Scott Twine had cancelled out Edo Kayembe’s opening goal.

Down in the relegation zone, Sheffield Wednesday remain rock bottom despite beating Blackburn 3-1 at Hillsborough with late goals from Marvin Johnson and Josh Windass, after Bailey-Tye Cadamarteri’s opener was cancelled out by Rovers’ Sammie Szmodics.
Rotherham sit second bottom following a goalless draw at Birmingham City in a tight scrappy contest.
Ilias Chair provided assists for Paul Smyth and Chris Willock as QPR moved to within four points of safety with a 2-0 win at Preston.
Huddersfield sit four points above the drop after being held to a 1-1 draw at Swansea, having initially led through Ben Cabango’s own-goal until Charlie Patino rescued the Swans a point in injury-time.
Elsewhere, Adam Randell struck a 97th minute winner as Plymouth Argyle fought back to beat Stoke 2-1 at Home Park, after Mustapha Bundu had cancelled out Tyrese Campbell’s opening goal.
Adam Idah struck a 95th minute winner as Norwich fought back to win 2-1 away at Bristol City, after George Tanner’s own-goal brought them level in the 59th minute to cancel out Jason Knight’s 34th minute opening goal.
Finally, Jack Clarke’s 78th minute penalty rescued Sunderland a 1-1 draw away at Millwall after Kevin Nisbet had put the Lions ahead at half-time.
