Liverpool continue their Premier League title push at home to Fulham at Anfield.
Victory would see Liverpool move up to second in the table before Manchester City play in the teatime kick-off.
Fulham can go 11th with a win if Chelsea and Crystal Palace both lose elsewhere.
Team News
Liverpool have no fresh injury concerns to report following their 4-0 win over LASK in the Europa League.
Alisson, Diogo Jota (both muscle), Andrew Robertson (shoulder), Stefan Bajcetic (calf) and Thiago Alcantara (hip) remain absent.
Fulham will welcome midfielder, Joao Palhinha back into contention after he was suspended for their win over Wolves last weekend.
Issa Diop (foot), Adama Traore (hamstring) and Rodrigo Muniz (knee) are still sidelined.
When is Kick-Off?
Liverpool host Fulham in a 2pm GMT kick-off at Anfield on Sunday 3 December, untelevised live in the UK.
Stat Attack
- Liverpool have won one of their last four meetings against Fulham (W1, D2, L1).
- Fulham have won one of their last five visits to Anfield (W1, L4).
- Liverpool have kept a clean sheet during nine of their last 11 home matches against Fulham (W7, D2, L2).
- Mohamed Salah has scored eight goals in Liverpool’s six league matches at home this season (W6).
- Antonee Robinson has been booked in each of Fulham’s last two away matches.
Prediction
Having comfortably dispatched LASK in a four-star performance where they looked comfortable throughout amidst some wasteful shots, Liverpool certainly start this game as favourites and I feel that they themselves can be their own slip-up if don’t match recent home performances.
Fulham meanwhile managed to ease some pressure upon themselves with a clinical if lucky win over Wolves via Willian’s brace of penalties, because they have certainly upped their attacking intensity but their defence will key to snatching any sort of result here.
I however just can’t see Liverpool losing this on home turf but if Fulham can nail their defensive tactics and avoid silly errors, they should be able to make a decent battle here.
Prediction: Liverpool 2-0 Fulham
Result: Liverpool 4-3 Fulham
