Newly-crowned Premier League champions, Manchester City host Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium.
With the title now wrapped up, Man City now are looking to extend their winning league run to 12 matches.
Chelsea meanwhile can reclaim 11th position in the table with a win.
Team News

Man City have no fresh injury concerns to report following their Champions League win against Real Madrid in midweek.
Nathan Ake (hamstring) is unlikely to be risked unless he is declared match fit.
Chelsea could be without defender, Benoit Badiashile after he suffered a knock during their 2-2 draw against Nottingham Forest last weekend.
Kalidou Koulibaly (hamstring) and Mateo Kovacic (knock) are doubts but N’Golo Kante (groin) is ruled out.
Marcus Bettinelli (unspecified), Ben Chilwell, Reece James (both hamstring), Marc Cucurella (quad), Mason Mount (groin) and Armando Broja (knee) remain absent.
When is Kick-Off?
Man City host Chelsea at Etihad Stadium in a 4:00pm BST kick-off on Sunday 21 May, live on Sky Sports in the UK.
Stat Attack
- Man City have won four of their last five league meetings against Chelsea (W4, L1).
- Chelsea have won just one of their last four league visits to Man City (W1, L4).
- City have won each of their last three league meetings against Chelsea by 1-0 results (W3).
- 23 of Erling Haaland’s 36 league goals were scored on his left foot this season.
- No Chelsea player has whipped in more crosses in the Premier League this season than Ben Chilwell, who has created 92 crosses in 23 appearances.
Prediction
With the league title now wrapped up and a Champions League Final secured in clinical style in midweek, Man City can afford to hit party mode but I don’t expect that to happen because this is their final home game of the season which will certainly motivate them to finish on a high for home fans.
City will also be buoyant by how they comfortably cleared Chelsea in their two cup meetings at the Etihad this season, although it would be typical footballing fate for Chelsea to somehow win this meeting but Pep Guardiola’s Cityzens are currently in difficult form to be stopped on any level.
Frank Lampard’s Chelsea meanwhile know anything less than a win would see them finish outside of the top-ten, which would be embarrassing for a club of their stature but deserved especially after poor aerial defending against Forest last weekend with more wasteful attacking.
In fact, it would take luck and a massive improvement for Chelsea to get any sort of result here because Man City should have too much, especially in front of a jubilant home crowd ready to party at the final whistle.
Prediction: Manchester City 3-1 Chelsea
Result: Manchester City 1-0 Chelsea
