Wolves welcome Tottenham to Molineux in a massive encounter with implications at opposite ends of the Premier League table.
Victory would lift Wolves up to 13th for at least a few hours with Leicester not in action until teatime, whilst Tottenham will stay fourth with a win.
Team News

Hugo Bueno is ruled out for Wolves after he suffered a muscle injury during their midweek defeat at Liverpool.
Matheus Cunha (ankle), Hwang Hee-Chan (hamstring), Boubacar Traore (groin), Chiquinho and Sasa Kalajdzic (both knee) remain ruled out.
Tottenham could be without Emerson Royal after he missed their midweek FA Cup exit at Sheffield United with a knee injury.
Hugo Lloris (knee), Ryan Sessegnon (hamstring), Rodrigo Bentancur (ACL) and Yves Bissouma (ankle) remain absent.
When is Kick-Off?
Wolves host Tottenham at Molineux in a 3pm GMT kick-off on Saturday 4 March, untelevised in UK.
Stat Attack
- Wolves have won just two of their last six league meetings against Tottenham (W2, D1, L3).
- Tottenham are unbeaten in their last six league visits to Wolves (W4, D2).
- Wolves have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last seven home matches against Tottenham in all competitions.
- Three of Wolves’ last four league matches at home have been settled by 1-0 results with Wolves winning just one of those three partcular games, alongside their 3-0 win over Liverpool in February.
- Harry Kane has failed to score in any of Spurs’ last four away matches against teams outside of London (W1, L3), in which they conceded 12 goals and scored six goals.
Prediction
Having looked energetic on the attack at Fulham last weekend, Wolves were rather disappointing at Liverpool because they struggled to mount much attack but did defend well until quick-fire goals undid their efforts to keep a clean sheet.
I therefore would like to see Wolves show more of the quality which served them well in West-London last weekend, especially if they to end their home hoodoo against Spurs.
Tottenham though have been inconsistent on the road in 2023 and simply lacked any creative end product at Sheffield Utd in midweek, which means that their only hope of a trophy now lies in the Champions League so I expect them to be focused now on Tuesday’s home leg against Inter Milan.
As for how it affects this game, much will depend on what sort of team Spurs put out because if they opt to save players like Harry Kane and Son Heung-min for midweek, I do fancy Wolves to snatch a draw or narrow win otherwise this will be another defeat.
Prediction: Wolves 1-0 Tottenham
Result: Wolves 1-0 Tottenham
