Bromley Women have secured promotion to the fifth tier of women’s football in 2026-27 season for the first time in their history.

The Ravens finished runners-up in the London & South East Regional Women’s Football Division One North, but were promoted as one of the best runners-up across regional divisions in a restructuring of the Women’s Non League Pyramid due to the increase in Women’s Super League from 12 to 14 teams next season.

This move means that Bromley will compete in the Premier Division of the London & South East Regional Women’s Football League (L&SERWFL), which marks their first move into the fifth tier in their history.

Bromley Women’s Manager, Dean Davenport has welcomed this announcement as he explained that promotion has always been the club’s aim, and spoke of his pride at his players, staff and everyone at the club for their efforts.

“Promotion has always been at the forefront of what we, as a club and team, wanted to achieve. Now that we’ve achieved that goal, I couldn’t be prouder of my players, staff and everyone at Bromley Football Club.”

Bromley will be joined in the L&SERWFL by fellow promoted clubs, Hammersmith and Eastbourne Borough, with fellow opponents including; Ashford Town (Middlesex), Aylesford, Barking, Brentford, Dorking Wanderers, Millwall Lionesses, Newhaven and Sutton United.

Bromley Women’s campaign is scheduled to commence on Sunday 16 August, with fixture lists set to be released in mid July.
