Bromley’s Andy Woodman, Mitch Pinnock and Omar Sowunmi have earned nominations at the 2025-26 EFL Awards.

Woodman is nominated for League Two Manager of the Season after he led Bromley to the League Two summit but he faces competition from MK Dons’ Paul Warne and Cambridge’s Neil Harris, whilst Micky Mellon rounds out the four-man shortlist.

Pinnock and Sowunmi meanwhile are nominated for League Two Player of the Season but are shortlisted alongside the fourth-tier’s top goalscorer – Aaron Drinan and MK Dons’ Callum Paterson.

Pinnock’s nomination comes after he produced one goal and nine assists in 45 appearances across all competitions for the Ravens following his arrival on a free transfer last summer, whilst he has also created more crosses and chances than any other League Two player this season.

Sowunmi meanwhile has six goals and one assist in 41 appearances during which he has been an integral part of Bromley’s defence throughout the campaign.

Elsewhere, Frank Lampard, Kim Hellberg, Alex Neil and Sergej Jakirovic will challenge for Championship’s Manager of the Season, whilst Coventry goalkeeper, Carl Rushworth will face competition from Femi Azeez, Hayden Hackney and the Championship’s top goalscorer – Zan Vipotnik for Player of the Season.

Michael Skubala is up for League One’s Manager of the Season after he led Lincoln City to promotion but will face competition from Cardiff’s Brian Barry-Murphy plus Bradford’s Graham Alexander and Stevenage’s Alex Revell.

Dom Ballard and Owen Bailey will face Lincoln City’s pair of Sonny Bradley and Jack Moylan for the League One’s Player of the Season gong.

Winners of Sir Tom Finney Award, Contribution to League Football and Goal of the Season awards will be announced on the evening, as will the Teams of the Season across all three divisions.

Other categories include EFL Green Award, Supporter of the Season and more, with the awards ceremony taking place on Sunday 19 April, live on Sky Sports Football in the UK from 8:30pm BST.
