Bromley manager, Andy Woodman has been named as League Two’s Manager of the Month for December 2025.
Last month saw Woodman oversee Bromley’s rise to the summit of League Two in only their second season in the fourth tier and EFL, in which they won all five of their matches in December and kept clean sheets.
The post-festive fixtures in particular saw Woodman’s Ravens stage a dramatic 3-2 comeback at Bristol Rovers on Boxing Day, before they went top in their final match of 2025 with a 3-1 victory at Crawley.
Chair of the EFL’s manager of the month judging panel, Danny Wilson told efl.com that Woodman’s Ravens are currently “flying” following an impressive month, which has since seen them remain top in their first two matches of 2026.
“History-making Bromley are flying at the minute with a perfect December, Andy’s side collected 15 points from their 5 games and are sitting proudly at the top of League Two for the very first time since their promotion into the football league in the 2023/24 season.”
Sky’s EFL pundit, Don Goodman added: “Andy Woodman is doing an incredible job as Bromley climbed to the top of League Two for the first time in their history. It was a perfect month for his side, which saw them pick up a perfect 15 points from five games.”
Idris Odutayo however missed out on the Player of the Month gong, which instead went to Chesterfield forward, Lee Bonis after he scored four goals in five games across the month, with the Spireites now set to host Bromley tomorrow (17 January) at 12:30pm GMT live on Sky Sports+ Red Button.
