Fulham host Manchester City in a midweek Premier League encounter at Craven Cottage.
Victory could put Fulham as high as tenth if Bournemouth draw against Everton and Newcastle fail to beat Tottenham, whilst Man City can stay second with a win.

When is Kick-Off?
Fulham host Man City at Craven Cottage on Tuesday 2 December at 7:30pm, live on Sky Sports Premier League in the UK.
Stat Attack
- Fulham are winless in their last 20 league meetings against Man City (D3, L17).
- Man City are unbeaten in their last 13 visits to Fulham (W10, D3).
- Fulham have scored just one goal and conceded 13 goals in their last five home games against Man City (L5).
- Marco Silva’s Cottagers haven’t won three consecutive league games since a four-match run between December 2022 – January 2023.
- Man City have won just one of their last five top-flight away trips (W1, D1, L3).
Prediction
Since the international break, Fulham seem to have found their sparkle which certainly showed in an aggressive clinical first-half performance at Tottenham, so I now want to see more of the same here because that approach is probably their best way of getting a result in this bogey game.
Man City though should of comfortably dispatched Leeds if not for some wasteful finishing and defensive second-half errors, so I expect them to come out and deliver a reaction to that eventual lucky win but their focus needs to be more consistent.
The first goal therefore feels like it could be crucial but Man City should have the quality to pull through no matter what happens.
Prediction: Fulham 1-2 Man City
Result: Fulham 4-5 Man City
