F1 heads to Marina Bay, Singapore, with McLaren looking to wrap up the constructors’ title at the 2025 Singapore Grand Prix.
Whilst McLaren can claim consecutive constructor titles for the first time since 1988-91, Oscar Piastri arrives in Singapore with a 25-point lead over teammate and title rival, Lando Norris as the pair seek to recover from a disappointing Azerbaijan GP.
Red Bull’s Max Verstappen meanwhile is looking to cut his 69-point title deficit even further as he seeks an unlikely late title defence.
Now, here is a full guide to everything that you need to know ahead of 2025 Singapore GP.

Five Key Pointers
- Given the potential for traffic and small mistakes around this tight and twisty circuit, it is important to hook up a clean lap in Qualifying to secure the best grid slot possible.
- With the addition of a fourth DRS zone between Turns 14-16, there is the potential for more overtaking.
- Singapore in recent years has often gone against the form book but this will be the first proper test for Red Bull’s recent upgrades on a high downforce track.
- With potential for yellow or even red flags at the end of each qualifying segment amidst track evolution, banking a strong lap in Qualifying early could be key.
- Due to the tightness of the Marina Bay Street Circuit, there is a high risk of safety cars which could well play a role in determining the race outcome depending on time of deployment.
Last Time Out
Norris dominated F1’s visit to Singapore in 2024 from lights to flag in a comfortable victory from Verstappen in a pretty quiet race.
