Prediction
Having been sloppy away from home as evidenced by their defensive collapse at Fulham after taking a first-half lead, Brentford will be glad to be at home where they’ve looked a bit more comfortable amidst some scrappy results but their recent struggles to keep hold onto leads is a concern.
Man Utd meanwhile are just unpredictable because they can produce sloppy displays defensively yet have a clinical spark up front, which makes them very tough to call in terms of what to expect because they looked confident and energetic in their win over Chelsea but just lack consistency from game to game.
On that note, I do think that Brentford might have enough to snatch a point if can sort out their defensive play because this is an opportunity to capitalise on Utd’s inconsistency.
