Preston North End meet Millwall at Deepdale in a mid-table Championship clash.
Currently locked on 41 points apiece, victory would see Preston move up to 13th and displace QPR if win by three goals or more whilst Millwall simply need a win to go above the Hoops.
Team News
Alistair McCann is available for Preston after he was suspended for their last two league matches – which included their goalless draw at home to Burnley last weekend.
Duane Holmes (fibula), Ben Whiteman (ankle), Jordan Storey (knock) and Jack Whatmough (calf) remain ruled out.
Millwall have no fresh injury concerns to report following their 1-1 draw at home to West Brom, with Josh Coburn (foot), Benicio Baker-Boaitey and Zak Sturge (both fitness) unlikely to be available for selection.
Macaulay Langstaff (unspecified), Calum Scanlon (hamstring), Danny McNamara (knee) and Ryan Leonard (calf) remain ruled out.

- Two of Preston’s last three home games against Millwall ended in 1-1 draws.
- Preston are unbeaten in their last nine league matches at home (W3, D6).
- Mihailo Ivanovic has scored in two of Millwall’s last three away games in the league (W2, L1).
Prediction
Currently sat 15th and 14th respectively on 41 points apiece, Preston and Millwall both know that this is realistically must-win for their respective play-off hopes amidst a huge scrap of which they sit at the tail of.
Preston dug deep to snatch a goalless draw at home to Burnley in which neither team looked clinical enough on target so I do expect a more attacking performance, particularly if they want to put themselves four points off the final play-off spot.
Millwall likewise know that a win is important for their play-off ambitions and are currently in good goal-scoring form across their last seven matches in all competitions, during which they took a point against West Brom last time out which could be key come the final day.
With the play-off race finely poised, Preston and Millwall can’t afford to drop points but given the hosts’ form for grinding out results at home, I can see a draw coming here.
Prediction: Preston 1-1 Millwall
Result: Preston 1-1 Millwall
