Roundup of a massive matchweek which saw twists in the title race, whilst two managers were given the sack.

Chelsea moved to within two points of Liverpool following their 2-1 win over Brentford, as Marc Cucurella and Nicolas Jackson netted before Cucurella was red carded in injury-time, following Bryan Mbeumo’s consolatory strike for the Bees.

Third-placed Arsenal stuttered to a goalless draw at home to Everton despite having dominated the contest.
