Bromley are delighted with a “wow” third round trip to Newcastle United in 2024-25 FA Cup.
Omar Sowunmi and Danny Imray fired Andy Woodman’s Ravens to a comeback 2-1 second round win at Solihull Moors, which ensured a first-ever appearance in the third round which will take place between 10-13 January 2025.
Woodman post-match boldly declared Newcastle to be his “ideal” dream third round opposition, which became reality after Dion Dublin drew them away at Eddie Howe’s Magpies after Mark Hughes drew Newcastle as the home team.
The 53 year-old manager was previously a Goalkeeping Coach at Newcastle from December 2010 to Summer 2015, making this reunion all the more special for him.

get everyone up for it – subsidise or make the coaches free, argue for a lower ticket price, get the staff up there, get the whole town up for one of the most impressive feats of our history⚪️⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️
