Brentford host relegation-battling Leicester City in a Premier League clash.
Victory could lift Brentford up to sixth if Nottingham Forest and Newcastle both lose elsewhere.
Leicester can move up to 15th with a win until at least Sunday afternoon.
Team News
Gustavo Nunes is set to be available for Brentford following his recovery from a back injury.
Kristoffer Ajer (foot) is a doubt but Christian Norgaard is available after his red card in their goalless draw at Everton was rescinded on appeal.
Josh Dasilva, Rico Henry (both knee) and Aaron Hickey (hamstring) remain sidelined.
Leicester will welcome Facundo Buonanotte back from suspension which saw him miss their 2-1 loss to Chelsea.
Harry Winks however is sidelined after he suffered a muscle injury.
Abdul Fatawu (ACL), Ricardo Pereira (muscle) and Jakub Stolarczyk (ankle) remain absent.
When is Kick-Off?
Brentford host Leicester at Gtech Community Stadium on Saturday 30 November at 3pm GMT, untelevised live in the UK.
Stat Attack
- Brentford are winless against Leicester in the Premier League (D2, L2).
- Leicester claimed four points in two previous Premier League trips to Brentford (W1, D1).
- Both teams have scored in all four previous Premier League meetings, with Brentford scoring five goals to Leicester’s seven goals.
- Thomas Frank’s Bees have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last nine home games in all competitions (W6, D2, L1).
- Jordan Ayew’s three league goals for Leicester have all come in injury-time.
Prediction
Having managed a first away clean sheet of the season at Everton despite playing the second half a man down, Brentford now need to build on that momentum at home where their attack has been fierce.
Leicester though will be relishing this game as a chance to produce a reaction to their defeat to Chelsea, plus show their potential with a reset following Steve Cooper’s sacking.
Although Leicester are yet to lose to Brentford in the Premier League, I can see that run ending such is the Bees’ home dominance this season and attacking quality on their own turf.
Prediction: Brentford 2-1 Leicester
Result: Brentford 4-1 Leicester
