EFL have confirmed the play-off schedule for the 2023-24 Championship now the regular season has been completed.

Leeds missed out on promotion on the final day after Ipswich beat Huddersfield whilst they lost 2-1 at home to fellow play-off contenders, Southampton.

Daniel Farke’s Whites now will meet his former team – Norwich in their Play-Off semi-final after the Canaries lost at relegated Birmingham City by a 1-0 result.

The first leg of their semi-final will be played at Norwich’s Carrow Road on Sunday 12 May at 12pm BST, followed by Southampton’s trip to fifth-placed West Brom at 2:15pm in a double-header.

Russell Martins’ Saints were meant to visit West Brom on Monday 13 May at 8pm but due to Aston Villa hosting Liverpool that evening live on Sky Sports in the Premier League, the first leg of their semi-final tie has consequently been brought forward a day.

Leeds will host Norwich at Elland Road in the second leg of their semi-final on Thursday 16 May at 8pm, before Southampton entertain Carlos Corberan’s Baggies in the other semi-final second-leg 24 hours later on Friday 17 May.

The winners of the two play-off semi-finals will then meet in the Play-Off Final at Wembley Stadium, London, on Sunday 26 May although kick-off is still to be announced.
