Kal Naismith is ruled out for Bristol City with a hamstring injury suffered during their 1-0 loss at Southampton in midweek.
Cameron Pring however returns from his one-match ban but Nakhi Wells, Haydon Roberts (both ankle), Ayman Benarous, Andy King (both hamstring), Rob Atkinson (ACL) and Ross McCrorie (illness) remain absent.
Norwich will be without Hwang Ui-jo after he suffered a hamstring injury in their defeat at Watford.
Angus Gunn (leg), Adam Forshaw (hamstring) and Jonathan Rowe (fitness) are doubts but Josh Sargent (ankle) remains ruled out.

Prediction
Having suffered a narrow defeat at Southampton to end their recent run of improving results, Bristol City will be glad to be back at home where they have won three of their last four home games, but they really do need to start finding consistency if want to fight for a play-off spot.
Norwich however have been a recent hoodoo club for the Robins but David Wagner’s Canaries will be eager to produce a response, especially after their defensive collapse from 2-0 up at Watford which will only motivate them coming into this game.
Defending though will be for both teams but if Norwich score first, I can see them going on to win the game if can keep it tight at the back.
