Burnley chase a first Premier League win of the season against Manchester United at Turf Moor.
Depending upon results earlier in the day, victory would see Burnley climb out of the relegation zone and go as high as 15th in the table.
Man Utd meanwhile can go as high as eighth with a win.

Raphael Varane (unspecified), Sofyan Amrabat (back) and Mason Mount (thigh) face late fitness tests.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka (hamstring), Luke Shaw (muscle), Kobble Mainoo (ankle), Antony, Jadon Sancho (both personal), Tyrell Malacia and Amad Diallo (both knee) remain sidelined.
When is Kick-Off?
Burnley host Man Utd at Turf Moor in a 8pm BST kick-off on Saturday 23 September, live on TNT Sport 1 in the UK.
Stat Attack
- Burnley have won just one of their last five league meetings against Man Utd (W1, D1, L3).
- Man Utd are unbeaten in their last seven visits to Burnley (W5, D2).
- Utd have conceded just one goal in their last seven visits to Burnley, which came in a 1-1 draw in February 2022.
- Burnley have scored first in each of their last two league matches (D1, L1).
- Man Utd have conceded five goals in their two league matches away from home this season (L2).
Prediction
Although their return to the top-flight has been difficult, Burnley might of turned a corner with their draw at Forest because they were defensively solid if sluggish in their clearances, whilst they were clinical up front and would of won if not for a stunning equaliser.
Man Utd meanwhile are a team of two halves because whilst their attack is clearly sharp with Rasmus Hojlund in particular looking troublesome up front, their defence continued to be a mess which Bayern easily tore apart with ruthless finishing.
Erik Ten Hag therefore is probably glad that Utd has a strong record against Burnley given the short turnaround between their midweek trip to Bayern and Turf Moor, and I do fancy them to edge this if they can show the same attacking quality but cut down on their defensive errors.
Prediction: Burnley 1-2 Manchester United
Result: Burnley 0-1 Manchester United
