Relegation battling Nottingham Forest face a tricky visit to Brentford at Gtech Community Stadium.
Victory would see Brentford go eighth if Brighton lose elsewhere, whilst Forest can climb to 16th with a win.
Team News

Brentford have no fresh injury concerns to report after their midweek win at West London rivals, Chelsea.
Thomas Strakosha, Kristoffer Ajer (both calf), Pontus Jansson (hamstring), Christian Norgaard (Achilles) and Keane Lewis-Potter (knee) remain absent.
Forest will be without Neco Williams after the fullback suffered a jaw fracture during their comeback win at home to Brighton in midweek, which has ruled him out for the remainder of the season.
Moussa Niakhate is a doubt after he was substituted with a knock in midweek.
Taiwo Aywoniyi (shoulder), Jack Colback (concussion) and Jonjo Shelvey (personal) both could return for this game.
Dean Henderson (muscle), Scott McKenna (collarbone), Omar Richards (leg), Gustavo Scarpa, Giulian Biancone (both knee), Willy Boly, Cheikhou Kouyate (both hamstring), Ryan Yates (shoulder) and Chris Wood (thigh) remain absent.
When is Kick-Off?
Brentford face Forest at Gtech Community Stadium at 3pm BST on Saturday 29 April untelevised in the UK.
Stat Attack
- Brentford drew 2-2 away to Forest in their only previous Premier League meeting in November 2022.
- Forest drew 1-1 in their only previous visit to the Gtech Community Stadium, back in March 2021 in the Championship.
- Both teams have scored in five of their last seven meetings – except for 1-0 wins for Forest in 2019-20 season.
- Brentford haven’t kept a clean sheet in any of their last five home games (W1, D3, L1).
- Only one of Morgan Gibbs-White’s four goals for Forest this season has been scored away from home.
Prediction
Despite having done a lot of defending in their midweek victory at Chelsea, Brentford were simply clinical with their chances unlike the Blues which shows just how well Thomas Frank’s Bees have done with a top-ten finish surely all but confirmed.
A win here though is vital if Brentford want to reignite any faint hopes of achieving European qualification, so I do expect them to really come out fighting such is their strong home form this season.
Forest meanwhile head to West London full of confidence after a stunning comeback win against Brighton where their attack was just excellent, especially in coming from behind when they could of let their belief drop but Williams will be a huge loss at full-back given his recent form.
Steve Cooper’s Reds though know that victories are imperative here and at home against Southampton in their bid for survival given their tricky final three matches, but I do feel like Brentford should have enough quality if their defence is once again rock solid and can produce a clinical attack.
Prediction: Brentford 2-1 Nottingham Forest
Result: Brentford 2-1 Nottingham Forest
