Those who finished runners-up in their Europa League group to qualify for these knockout play-offs will then host the second leg at home on Thursday 23 February.
The eight play-off winners will then advance to the Round of 16 when Europa League group winners like Arsenal and Real Sociedad await, having earned a free pass through these knockout play-offs as reward for topping their groups.
