Fiorentina will face Braga in the stand-out tie of Knockout Play-Offs in 2022-23 UEFA Europa Conference League.
Fiorentina who boast top playmaker of the group stage – Christian Kouame – will take on Braga in the stand-out tie of the Knockout Play-Offs.
Ukraine’s Dnipro-1 and top goalscorer, Artem Dovbyk will take on AEK Larnaca after the Cypriot side finished third in Group B of Europa League, ahead of Dynamo Kiev.
Lazio – who has ex West Ham midfielder, Felipe Anderson amongst their ranks – will face Romania’s CFR Cluj in a tricky encounter.
Anderlecht’s reward for finishing second in Group B behind West Ham is a tie against Ludogoret Razgrad, after the Bulgarian team were knocked down to this competition following defeat to AS Roma in their final Group C clash in the Europa League.
Sheriff Tiraspol’s reward for finishing third in Group E behind Manchester United in Europa League, is a two-legged clash against Serbia’s Partizan Belgrade
Trabzonspor – who contain Everton’s Jean-Phillipe Gbamin – will take on Basel in a tricky tie between two teams looking to go deep in this competition.
Bodø/Glimt and Qarabag will play Lech Poznan and Gent respectively in the two other ties.
First legs will be played on 16 February 2023 with those who join via the Europa League League elimination path playing at home, by virtue of having been unseeded for the draw.
Those who finished runners-up in their Europa League group to qualify for these knockout play-offs will then host the second leg at home on Thursday 23 February.
The eight play-off winners will then advance to the Round of 16 when Europa Conference League group winners like West Ham and Villarreal await, having earned a free pass through these knockout play-offs as reward for topping their groups.
