Sam McClelland and Conor Bradley have been handed maiden call-ups for senior Northern Ireland squad, ahead of friendlies against Malta and Ukraine.
Jamal Lewis and Jonny Evans miss out in defence with respective foot and heel injuries sustained on club duty for Newcastle and Leicester respectively.
Both players have therefore been replaced by McClelland and Bradley, who have regularly featured for their respective Chelsea and Liverpool youth teams in recent months.
Sunderland’s Conor McLaughlin meanwhile has been snubbed from the latest squad selection.
Liverpool goalkeeper, Liam Hughes retains his place in the goalkeeper selection alongside Bailey Peacock-Farrell and Conor Hazard, as Derry City’s Nathan Gartside is dropped.
Alfie McCalmont returns in midfield after previously being called up in September 2019 as Steven Davis, Corry Evans, Matthew Kennedy and Michael Smith are all snubbed from March’s selection for World Cup Qualifiers.
Charlton’s Conor Washington misses out up front as Shayne Lavery and Paul Smith both return to the line-up.
Barraclough’s squad will take on Malta on Monday 31 June 2021 (5pm UK Time) at Worthersee Stadion in Austria, before visiting Ukraine in Kiev on Thursday 3 June.
