Prediction
With this match being a dead rubber, I can see wholesale changes from both teams here with youngsters potentially getting an opportunity to impress, although I do feel that Liverpool do have work to do because they weren’t strongly impressive against an attacking Wolves team on Sunday, despite taking a clinically dominant win through quality goals.
Their defending however was solid as always but this is an opportunity to rediscover their creative gears in midfield and attack and I think that they will take this opportunity, especially because this could be a chance to maintain momentum heading into a tough domestic winter of fixtures rapidly hurtling their way in coming months.
