Getafe face a difficult league phase test against Brighton in the 2026-27 UEFA Conference League.
Victory would lift Getafe into the knockout play-off spots, whilst Brighton can climb back into the top eight with a win.
Team News
Getafe have no fresh injury concerns to report after their 3-1 La Liga win over Sevilla.

Brighton could welcome Ferdi Kadioglu back into contention after he missed their last two matches due to a hip injury.
Pascal Struijk could also feature if he passes a late fitness test after struggling with a thigh injury which had sidelined him in recent weeks.

Stat Attack
- This is Getafe’s first competitive meeting against Brighton in all competitions.

- Getafe are yet to keep a clean sheet in the Conference League this season at any stage (W1, D1, L2)
- Brighton are yet to concede in the league phase (W1, D1).
Prediction
Without a win in the league phase so far but coming into this game off the back of two wins after a lacklustre start to the season, Getafe can’t be underestimated now that they’re finding form at an ideal time with players like Orel Mangala and Borja Mayoral in particular.
Brighton though certainly lucked into their domestic 1-0 win at Manchester City with a clinical early goal and resilient defending to see out the surprise victory, but they’re probably going to have to be much sharper and disciplined to keep Getafe quiet.
I genuinely do think that this could be a tough game to call now that Getafe have found a groove but Brighton do look like a strong team capable of getting a draw, as just finishing in that top 24 is key in order to secure a knockout spot.
Prediction: Getafe 1-1 Brighton
