Guide to the 2026 Hungarian Grand Prix as F1 hits the Hungaroring ahead of the summer break.

Andrea Kimi Antonelli is guaranteed to head into the mid-season hiatus sat top of the drivers’ standings after he extended his title lead over Lewis Hamilton to 45 points, with Antonelli’s Mercedes teammate – George Russell a further five points behind in third.

This weekend too marks a last chance for drivers and teams to build momentum to take into the break, especially those whose futures could well be pondered by their bosses across the summer holidays.
