Elsewhere, Arsenal celebrated their title with a 2-1 win at Crystal Palace through goals from Gabriel Jesus and Noni Madueke either side of half time, whilst Jean-Philippe Mateta got a consolatory finish for the Eagles.
Ollie Watkins’ second-half brace ended a 19-year winless top-flight hoodoo for Aston Villa at Manchester City as Unai Emery’s Villains won 2-1 in City’s final match under Pep Guardiola.
Issa Diop’s header and Tom Cairney’s curled finish saw Fulham beat Newcastle 2-0 at Craven Cottage in a mid-table clash.
