England, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scotland and Wales have discovered their groups for 2026-27 UEFA Nations League.

Just hours after Thomas Tuchel signed a new two-year contract extension, England were drawn into a tough League A3 against Spain, Croatia and Czech Republic.

Wales meanwhile have been placed in League A4 against Portugal, Denmark and Norway where they face a tough fight to avoid relegation back to League B.

Scotland will face Switzerland, Slovenia and North Macedonia in League B1 as they look for immediate promotion back to League A.

Republic of Ireland were drawn in League B3 with Israel, Austria and Kosovo.

Northern Ireland were placed in a tricky League B2 where they will take on Hungary, Ukraine and Georgia.

The opening four matchweeks will be played across the newly-merged international window of 24 September to 6 October, which replaces the original separate September and October international windows from next season onwards.

Group stage fixtures will then be completed between 12-17 November, at which point the top two teams in each League A group will progress to the knockout stages with Quarter-Finals set to be played between 25-30 March 2027 across two legs.

The four Quarter-Final winners will then advance to the semi-finals which are scheduled for 9-10 June 2027, with the third-placed play-off and final set for 13 June 2027.

The League A/B and B/C promotion and relegation play-offs will also be played across the aforementioned dates in March.

League C/D promotion and relegation play-offs meanwhile will be played between 23-28 March 2028.
