Roundup of the latest Premier League action as the races for the title and survival delivered more drama.

Matheus Cunha’s 87th-minute strike condemned league leaders, Arsenal to a 3-2 home loss against fourth-placed Manchester United after Bryan Mbeumo and Patrick Dorgu put Utd in front following Lisandro Martinez’s own-goal opener, only for Mikel Merino to pull the Gunners level briefly late on.

First-half goals from Omar Marmoush and Antoine Semenyo saw Manchester City move to within four points of Arsenal with a 2-0 win at home to rock-bottom Wolves.

Emiliano Buendia and Ollie Watkins moved third-placed Aston Villa back to within four points of the summit with a 2-0 win at Newcastle, which marked their first league victory on Tyneside since April 2005.

Chelsea rounded out the top five with a 3-1 win at London rivals, Crystal Palace as Estevao opened the scoring before Enzo Fernandez’s penalty and Joao Pedro’s finish sealed the win before Chris Richards headed in Palace’s consolatory effort following Adam Wharton’s red card.

Down in the relegation zone, Axel Tuanzebe and Lyle Foster put second-bottom Burnley ahead at home to Tottenham from behind following Mickey van de Ven’s opener, only for Cristian Romero’s header to rescue a 2-2 draw for the North London club at Turf Moor.

West Ham boosted their survival chances with a ruthless first-half display in a 3-1 victory at home to Sunderland, as Crysencio Summerville, Jarrod Bowen and Matheus Fernandes netted for the Hammers before Brian Brobbey netted a 66th-minute consolatory goal for the Black Cats.

Nottingham Forest stayed five points above the drop with a clinical 2-0 victory at Brentford as Igor Jesus fired them into a 12th-minute lead, before Taiwo Awoniyi netted in the 79th minute to wrap up the win.

Elsewhere, Amine Adil struck a 95th-minute winner as Bournemouth stunned Liverpool 3-2 after goals from Evanilson and Alex Jimenez were cancelled out by Virgil van Dijk and Dominik Szoboszlai.

Late goals from Samuel Chukwueze and Harry Wilson saw Fulham come from behind to extend Brighton’s miserable away record against the Cottagers, after Yasin Ayari fired the Seagulls into a half-time lead.

Thierno Barry’s second-half finish rescued Everton a 1-1 draw at home to Leeds after James Justin had fired Daniel Farke’s Whites into a 28th-minute lead.
