Having taken firm control of the second automatic promotion spot in the past week-and-a-half, Lincoln City are certainly coming into this tricky test in strong goalscoring form and were clinical at Barnsley despite having done much of the defending against the more attacking Tykes.
Huddersfield meanwhile have found their groove again with five matches unbeaten and clean sheets in their two recent games, although they did have to be patient for much of their clash against Northampton but were the more clinical team.
The Imps however hold a seven-point advantage over Huddersfield so a win is imperative for the latter if want to challenge for automatic promotion, but I do expect this to be a particularly close battle and wouldn’t be surprised if this ends in a point apiece.
