Prediction
Having defensively soaked up Palace’s first-half dominance, Utd were lucky that Oliver Glasner’s Eagles wore themselves out and couldn’t continue to maintain their press whilst the Red Devils exerted control and clinical finishing to turn the game around.
West Ham meanwhile were dominant for phases of their defeat to Liverpool but just lacked those clinical final touches when on top, so a more composed display is needed and they have shown that they can cope without Paqueta in their last away trip as they drew 2-2 at Bournemouth.
Old Trafford though hasn’t exactly been a kind place for West Ham over the years but if West Ham can find more polish in their end product, I fancy them to nick a point because Utd were arguably lucky away to Palace with their win.
