Prediction
Although PSG’s home form in this season’s Champions League hasn’t exactly been consistent, they’re still a dangerous team with their fearsome attacking prowess which absolutely demolished Brest in the last round, but their defence struggled to keep clean sheets against genuinely tough opposition in the league phase.
Liverpool meanwhile topped the league phase yet this was their worst possible draw but it is a chance for them to show why they earned the top seed status, especially if can play as clinically as they did against Newcastle last week with a full week since to prepare for this tricky trip.
Although PSG certainly should score here, their defence still has some questions to answer against top opposition which should suit Liverpool who will be happy if can get a draw, before finishing the job at Anfield in their home leg.
