Joshua Dufek has joined Hitech GP for the 2025 F3 season.
Dufek spent the 2024 season with AIX Racing where he finished 28th overall with one point, which came in the season finale at Monza, Italy.
The London-born 19 year-old is now excited for a “fantastic next step” as he stays in F3 for a second full season, with confidence that he can build upon his rookie campaign.
“The team is really strong and we’ve seen this year that they were always in the fight for the title. I think it will be the perfect environment for me to build on my 2024 experience and achieve some good results.
“I’m really excited about this opportunity and I’m looking forward to getting to work with the team and with a brand-new generation of F3 car.”
Hitech GP’s F3 Team Manager, Paul Bellringer is “very happy” to sign Dufek who previously raced for the team in 2022 Formula Regional Asia, and is confident that he can adapt to familiar surroundings following positive post-season tests.
“He knows Hitech well and that familiar environment will be of benefit to him as he embarks on his second full season in Formula 3.
“He drove for us in the end of season tests in October and we were very pleased with his performances.”
Dufek will partner Martinius Stenshorne and Gerrard Xie with Bellringer confident that Hitech “…. can make another strong bid for both Championship titles.”
