James Bree’s 88th minute strike saw Southampton scrape past Stoke 3-2 at St Mary’s Stadium, having initially led through Taylor Harwood-Bellis’ header and Adam Armstrong before Ashley Phillips and Tom Cannon equalised for the Potters.

First-half goals from Gabriel Jesus and Ethan Nwaneri saw Arsenal cruise past Preston to an eventual 3-0 win at Deepdale, which was capped off by Kai Havertz’s 57th minute header.
