Top-five chasing Brighton & Hove Albion entertain Wolves at the AMEX Stadium.
Victory could put Brighton third in the table if Aston Villa lose elsewhere, whilst Wolves can go 18th with a win if Southampton lose elsewhere.

Stat Attack
- Brighton are unbeaten in their last five meetings against Wolves (W4, D1).
- Wolves have won one of five Premier League visits to Brighton (W1, D2, L2).
- Brighton have kept clean sheets in their last two home games against Wolves (W1, D1).
- Three of Welbeck’s five league goals for Brighton this season were scored at home.
- Matheus Cunha has scored in each of Wolves’ last two away games (L2).
Prediction
Given how high-stakes their trip to Newcastle was last weekend, Brighton will be pleased to had grinded out their win with a resilient all-round effort but this is a chance to deliver a more attacking performance at home.
Wolves though simply haven’t had any luck this season against top-flight opposition but lost a Carabao Cup thriller here last month, although they will be motivated this time by not just that result but also a harsh late loss to Man City last weekend.
Nevertheless, Gary O’Neil’s Old Gold won’t be easy to beat if they can show the same intensity and effort as they did last week, but I do see Brighton’s attack having just too much quality.
Prediction: Brighton 2-1 Wolves
Result: Brighton 2-2 Wolves
