Piotr Wisnicki has completed Rodin Motorsport’s line-up for 2024 F3 season.
Wisnicki participated in the opening four rounds of the 2023 season for PHM Racing with a season-best finish of 18th in the Monaco Sprint, before he lost his seat to McKenzy Cresswell for the following two rounds.
Creswell was then replaced by Michael Shin for the last three rounds of the season.
Rodin however have decided to recruit Wisnicki to add experience to their line-up for the new season alongside rookies, Callum Voisin and Joseph Loake.
Speaking about his return to the F3 grid, Wisnicki commented: “I’m pleased to be able to announce that I’m joining Rodin Motorsport for the upcoming season.
I’ve already raced in the championship so that’s given me a really good understanding going into this year; I’m looking forward to putting everything I’ve learned in the past into this season.
“It’s great to be joining the team, I’ve been working closely with them over the past few weeks and everything looks great so I think we’re going to have a good year together.”
Rodin’s F3 manager, Sam Waple added that Wisnicki had “learned a lot” from his “valuable time behind the wheel” last season, despite having “limited track time” at PHM Racing.
Addressing the decision to sign Wisnicki depsite his part-time campaign last year, Waple added: “Piotr has a fantastic attitude which matches our own ethos here in the team.
“I’m really looking forward to working with him this season, I’m sure he’s going to be a great asset to the team and an exciting driver to watch on track.”
